Madrid’s tech ecosystem continues to punch well above its weight on the global stage, and the latest proof comes from the advertising sector. As the global programmatic ad space balloons past a $700 billion valuation, companies are struggling to keep up with the backend complexity of their own success.
Founded by Bernd Bube, CEO based in Madrid, ADvendio has unveiled Revenue OS for Agentic Advertising, a bold new software category built to automate some of the advertising industry’s most time-consuming manual workflows.
Bube has led the company since its inception, steering its transformation from a boutique Salesforce consultancy into a global ad-tech provider with active operations in more than 25 countries. Set to launch this quarter, the platform targets what the company calls the industry’s “silent efficiency gap,” with the goal of cutting administrative overhead for modern ad sales teams by up to 40%.
While much of the ad industry has spent the last decade tethered to legacy software that demands constant human approval, ADvendio is introducing a suite of specialized, autonomous agents to break the cycle.
The Revenue OS is anchored by a central intelligence engine called AdOne, which coordinates three newly launched standalone hubs.
First is AdPortal, an autonomous self-service platform equipped with proposal and enablement agents to instantly multiply a company’s sales capacity.
Next is AdGateway, a unified hub where optimization agents streamline data, integrations, and inventory into one cohesive sales motion.
Rounding out the suite is AdFinance, an agile financial suite utilizing Salesforce-native agents to securely automate invoicing and month-end wrap-ups, ensuring that faster operations actually result in faster payments.
What sets this launch apart from the daily flood of AI announcements is its focus on enterprise safety. Many current market tools simply act as wrappers for third-party Large Language Models (LLMs), leaving businesses vulnerable to AI hallucinations or compliance breaches.
According to Julian Ahrends, ADvendio’s CTO, the shift to autonomous agents requires a foundation of absolute trust. “Speed is a liability without guardrails,” Ahrends stated recently. “We’ve spent years building the operational logic—things like margin protection and global tax rules—directly into the platform.”
By ensuring that its AI follows strict business rules rather than just open-ended prompts, this Madrid-led leadership team is proving that the future of agentic advertising isn’t just about moving faster—it’s about moving smarter, securely, and profitably.
